Qualifications

• Extensive experience in preconstruction and construction management.
• Experience leading teams of construction managers, supervisors, and site engineers.
• Strong knowledge of construction management, OH&S, and SHEQ.
• HND in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent).
• Health & Safety qualification (SMSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tender documentation and client requirements.
• Lead constructability reviews and contribute to schedules and quality plans.
• Provide site support and troubleshooting to ensure design feasibility.
• Manage project risk register and health & safety files.
