Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Pre-Construction Manager from a building services background to own the pre-construction process on major electrical/mechanical projects in Manchester. You will coordinate designs, tenders and technical information from concept to handover, working with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for electrical building services projects
• Coordinate electrical designs with consultants, subcontractors and internal teams

• Liaise with clients, suppliers and project teams to support project delivery
• Mon-Thu 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday finish at 3:30pm
