Job summary

HR GO Recruitment seeks a Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical bias) for a 57,000 per annum role in a busy manufacturing site. The position is full-time, permanent, with a two-day two-night shift pattern and four days off, providing hands-on fault finding, preventative maintenance and site reliability improvements.

Qualifications

• Qualified or time-served engineer with fault-finding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Experience using CMMS systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Supporting mechanical fault finding and repairs.
• Completing breakdown repairs and root cause analysis.
• Supporting the installation, commissioning and modification of equipment.
• Maintaining critical spares and engineering records.
• Supporting continuous improvement and energy reduction initiatives.
• Ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and in line with site procedures.
