Job summary

GW Power in Hull is seeking an Electrical Minor Works Manager to take ownership of a varied portfolio of reactive and planned electrical works, coordinating engineers and subcontractors from survey to completion.

This role is ideal for an organised, proactive professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, supporting a team and delivering safely and commercially. Located in Hull & Yorkshire, this opportunity offers growth within a forward-thinking M&E and renewables business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing electrical minor works, service or maintenance contracts.
• A strong electrical background with sound technical and compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and multiple projects.
• Commercial experience covering quotations, variations, invoicing and cost control.
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical minor works and maintenance projects from enquiry to handover.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and daily workloads across multiple live jobs.
• Respond to defects, client requests and changing priorities quickly and professionally.
• Prepare surveys, quotations, variations, RAMS and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, invoicing, quality and compliance.
