Job summary

Hiya Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing team in the UK. The role offers hybrid working and clear progression into a Lead Engineer position as we tackle major energy projects.

You will mentor a team of five electrical engineers, review designs and calculations, and ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards across multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity with a forward-thinking EPC business and career progression into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting and mentoring a team of 5 electrical engineers, with the opportunity to progress into a Lead Engineer position

• Ensuring electrical design and installation work meets relevant standards, regulations, quality, and Health & Safety requirements
