Job summary

OCS Group in Manchester is seeking an Engineering Project Manager with electrical or mechanical qualifications to oversee projects at the client site and surrounding areas. You will manage pricing, planning, execution and handover, ensuring safe and profitable outcomes.

The role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating Labour and materials, and maintaining CRM records. You will provide technical support to operations, attend client meetings, and uphold health and safety

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical or mechanical projects from pricing to handover.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel for planning and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management ensuring safe, profitable delivery.
• Price and plan projects and manage labour and materials.
• Handle multiple projects from simple to complex.
• Oversee invoicing, profit margins, and cash flow.
• Ensure projects are entered into the CRM system.
• Provide technical support to operations on complex contract elements.
• Attend client meetings and deliver regular updates.
• Conduct site safety visits to ensure contract standards compliance.
• Manage sub-contractors and perform performance reviews.
• Conduct HSE audits on OCS and subcontractors.
• Oversee management of PPMs and hard services on-site.
