Job summary

CDM Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical projects from mobilisation through to completion in the North East. The role requires delivering on time, safely and within budget while coordinating clients, main contractors, subcontractors and internal teams.

You will oversee programmes, budgets and procurement, review drawings and project documentation, and ensure adherence to health and safety standards across diverse sectors.

Qualifications

Experience delivering electrical projects from mobilisation to completion.
Background in electrical contracting or building services.
Strong understanding of electrical installation and project delivery.
Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
Commercial awareness and understanding of project costs.

Responsibilities

Managing electrical projects from start to completion.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Managing project programmes, budgets and resources.
Liaising with clients and main contractors.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
Managing procurement and material requirements.
Monitoring progress and ensuring projects remain on programme.
Providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
