Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD is seeking an Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to maintain mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals and bearings at a large estate in Kings Cross, North London.

The role covers AHUs/FCUs maintenance, plumbing tasks, basic electrical duties and fault finding. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, with salary up to £45,000 per year and a 1 in 4 call-out.

Qualifications

• Mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 (essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals and bearings.
• Carry out maintenance on AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning).
• Carry out plumbing works including unblocking toilets and replacing taps/washers.
• Undertake basic electrical duties such as lamp changes.
• Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, lamp changes, and emergency lighting testing.
• Diagnose faults and carry out electrical fault finding.
