Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Multi Skilled Engineer to perform electrical maintenance across plant, equipment and building services. The role requires fault finding on machinery, and supervision of contractors while maintaining high health and safety standards.

You will work with 3-phase systems up to 440V and use CAFM to manage daily tasks, with occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• A recognised or time-served apprenticeship in electrical/mechanical maintenance.
• City & Guilds 17th Edition electrical qualifications or equivalent.
• NVQ Level 2 electrical or mechanical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on plant, equipment and building services.
• Identify risks, update drawings, and manage critical spares/PPM program.
• Fault-find on various machinery and support health and safety.
• Prepare risk assessments and permits; ensure accurate documentation.
• Work on 3-phase systems up to 440V; operate motors, gearboxes, valves, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Use CAFM system to plan and record daily tasks; liaise with on-site teams.
• Occasional overtime, nights, and weekend work as required; deputise shift leader when needed.
