Job summary

Equans is seeking an M&E Engineer to join the Derby-based team on a permanent basis. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a competitive salary and benefits package. Electrical background with some mechanical knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities include PPMs, reactive maintenance, electrical and mechanical servicing, on-call duties, and compliance work to JSP375 standards. A DBS Enhanced check is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualifications and competency required to perform electrical works.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with energy centres and HVAC equipment.
• DBS Enhanced check required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPMs and reactive electrical works (lights, sockets, RCDs, fridges).
• Carry out works on mechanical equipment in energy centre, pressure vessels, water systems, AHU, filters.

Level 2 & 3 electrotechnical diploma (C&G 2330, 2365) or NVQ Level 3 electrotechnical
