Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or related field.
• Sound knowledge of electrical materials and tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office, Excel, and inventory management software.
• Must be physically fit, and able to lift and move heavy loads.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries of electrical equipment, tools, and materials.
• Manage and organize the warehouse to ensure safe and efficient storage of materials.
• Keep accurate inventory of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct regular stock checks to ensure inventory is properly accounted for.
• Liaise with the purchasing department to ensure timely order of materials.
• Execute proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
• Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to ensure proper allocation and distribution of materials.
• Ensure that all work is completed within defined timeframes and to the required standards.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure adherence to the Business Management System (BMS) by consistently following ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 procedures, contributing to continuous improvement efforts, and supporting compliance with quality, environmental & health and safety management standards across all operations.
