Overview

Our client is a leading Merseyside-based maintenance company specialising in preventive, planned and reactive maintenance. Clients include local councils, commercial, education, healthcare and social housing throughout the North West.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Electrical projects within the maintenance contracts, including Electrical Installations, Repairs and Maintenance; Work space Renovation / Remodelling / Relocations; Preventative Maintenance & Servicing; Additional Socket outlets and Floor Boxes / Alterations; Lighting & Control Systems; Data & Telecommunication Cabling Systems; Fire Safety - Alarms & Emergency Lighting Systems; and Low Voltage Systems.
  • Lead and supervise a project team in the electrical and maintenance division.
  • Coordinate electrical design with consultants and subcontractors.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Ensure safe, timely execution aligned with project milestones.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients on KPIs, valuations, final accounts, and contract administration.
  • Prepare project programmes and delivery strategies.
  • Authorise contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Represent the company with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Develop detailed schedules with project planners.
