Job summary

Phillips 66 Humber Refinery is hiring a Technician I, Power & Control to keep electrical systems safe, reliable and available. You will join a hands-on maintenance team, troubleshoot complex issues, and support operations while pursuing continuous improvements.

The role requires plant electrical maintenance experience, knowledge of terminal topography, and SAP PM/MM proficiency. This is an on-site position at the Humber Refinery in the UK, offering career growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the UK on a regular, full-time basis.
• Relevant plant maintenance or electrical experience.
• Working knowledge of terminal topography.
• Intermediate proficiency working with SAP PM/MM to execute maintenance requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical systems to keep operations safe and reliable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control issues and document findings.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for your area.
• Execute and continuously improve preventive maintenance routines and pre-start safety reviews.
• Support operations with on-the-spot troubleshooting and guidance.
• Collect and report maintenance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop testing standards and procedures for electrical equipment.
• Identify technical improvements to enhance reliability and asset integrity.
• Build technical capability through training and certifications.
