Job summary

ExxonMobil in the United Kingdom is seeking an Electrical Technician for the Fawley Refinery COMAH Complex. You will perform functional failure and preventive maintenance, support CAPEX projects, and help keep the refinery safe and reliable.

You will interpret diagrams, troubleshoot LV/HV equipment up to 11 kV, and supervise subcontractors, with emphasis on safety, QA/QC, and SAP backlog management.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English, Maths and Science.
• Electrical apprenticeship or related qualification completed.
• Experience as Electrical Technician in industry or similar setting.
• Strong safety, quality, and timekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret electrical single line diagrams and motor schematics.
• Fault finding and preventative maintenance on LV/HV equipment and systems.
• Lead and supervise subcontracting teams; ensure QA/QC.
• Plan electrical outages and manage SAP backlog.
• Provide safe system of work for self and others.
