Payen Search is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring equipment runs safely, efficiently and reliably through planned and reactive maintenance.

You will diagnose faults, perform root-cause analysis, support shutdowns and improvements, and keep accurate records while collaborating with production teams. Essential: NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship and strong HSE knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent engineering qualification.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with planned and reactive maintenance.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures in industry.
