Chemring Energetics UK Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical) to lead site electrical maintenance and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. You will manage technicians, coordinate internal and contractor work, and drive reliability across critical equipment.

Reporting to Maintenance Manager, you’ll oversee planning, risk assessments and root-cause investigations, using CMMS to track assets and performance.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND inElectrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Time-served electrical apprenticeship required.
• Knowledge of 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Experience supervising electrical maintenance in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate electrical maintenance across the site.
• Lead Electrical Maintenance Technicians and develop team competency.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, BS7671, DSEAR, ATEX and safety standards.
• Manage contractor and internal maintenance performance to quality standards.
• Utilise CMMS to manage work orders, assets and reporting.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planner to plan and risk assess tasks.
• Lead root cause investigations to improve reliability.
