Job summary

Chemring Energetics UK is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead electrical maintenance across our site, supervising a team of HV/LV Electrical Technicians and driving reliability improvements. You will work with maintenance planners, production and engineering to ensure safe, compliant and efficient operations.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can solve problems, develop best practices, and promote a strong safety culture while delivering maintenance excellence

Qualifications

Has strong electrical knowledge and practical leadership experience.
Experience supervising electrical maintenance teams in manufacturing.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and compliance (BS 7671, DSEAR, ATEX).
Experience with CMMS and maintenance reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical maintenance activities across site, ensuring safety and quality.
Develop and supervise a team of Electrical Maintenance Technicians.
Coordinate with maintenance planners, production and engineering to plan work.
Lead investigations into electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
Support budgeting and contractor management.
