Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a prestigious commercial site in Euston. You will lead a small on-site engineering team, acting as the primary client contact for day-to-day technical and operational matters while ensuring PPM and reactive maintenance are delivered safely and on time.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering.
• Experience supervising engineers in a commercial FM setting.
• Strong electrical background with building services & compliance knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small on-site team of four engineers with high service standards.
• Be the primary client-facing contact for electrical/technical matters.
• Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance within contract timelines.
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors safely and in line with procedures.
• Ensure electrical compliance documentation is accurate and timely.
• Review subcontractor reports and track remedial works to completion.
• Support safe operation of on-site electrical infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities for additional works for client needs.
• Foster strong relationships with client, engineers and subcontractors.
