CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider on an education contract in Barking, Essex. This role combines hands-on electrical maintenance with team leadership across two adjacent sites.

You will oversee electrical building services, ensure compliance with regulations, manage PPM and reactive tasks, and coordinate with subcontractors and client to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds electrical qualification required.
• Experience in FM/building services, ideally education sector.
• DBS preferred or enhanced DBS required.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site engineering team across two Barking sites.
• Oversee day-to-day electrical maintenance and operation of the contract.
• Manage planned and reactive electrical maintenance (PPM).
• Carry out fault finding, repairs and maintenance on electrical systems.
• Review RAMS and issue Permits to Work.
• Monitor CAFM systems and KPIs to drive performance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and client for remedial works.
