Electrical Maintenance Supervisor - Plant Projects
Location: Easily commutable from Brierley Hill, Dudley, Oldbury, Tipton, Smethwick, Wombourne, and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £52,500 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Permanent, Full Time | Days Only - Monday to Friday

Your Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

• In this hands on leadership role, you will:
• Supervise and mentor a small electrical maintenance team
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Deliver plant projects from initial concept through to installation and commissioning
• Drive continuous improvement and maximise plant uptime by working closely with other departments

What Were Looking For

• Timeserved, electrically qualified (HNC/HND preferred)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Strong background in electrical plant maintenance and project delivery
• Excellent planning, leadership and communication skills
