Job summary

Cambridge Maintenance Services Limited is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across client sites. You will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently, providing a high standard of service.

The role involves 42.5 hours per week with overtime after 47.5 hours, driving a company van and using Elogbooks for records. A City & Guilds Level 3 electrical qualification and an inspections certificate are essential.

Qualifications

• Essential: Understanding of M&E building services.
• Electrical Installation qualification (City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent).
• Inspection & Testing qualification (2391-52).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service to clients and complete work to high standards and contractual requirements.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to reactive maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and arrange equipment replacements to minimise downtime.
