Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Electrician / Electrical Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across the contract. The role involves maintaining, inspecting, testing and repairing electrical building-services to keep premises safe, compliant and fully operational.

You'll work with the Site Supervisor and participate in an on-call rota. Candidates should have prior building-services electrical experience, a valid UK driving licence, and qualifications such as NVQ

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work to safety procedures and regulations (BS 7671)

Responsibilities

Complete planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical repairs within SLAs and KPIs.
Maintain, inspect and repair electrical building-services equipment including distribution boards, lighting, emergency lighting and small power.
Diagnose faults and carry out replacements and remedial works.
Perform electrical testing and inspection within your qualifications.
Attend emergency call-outs and participate in on-call rota as required.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and site procedures.
Complete maintenance records and ensure accurate documentation.
