Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is recruiting an experienced electrical maintenance engineer to join a well established site in South Lanarkshire. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–06:00) and offers strong job security along with opportunities for development and progression.

You will perform planned preventive maintenance, react to breakdowns, fault find PLC systems, and work with process and quality engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Time served apprenticeship in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance environments.
• Experience with fault finding on PLC systems.
• Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns.
• Electrical fault finding.
• Fault finding on PLC systems.
• General electrical / mechanical maintenance and repair of buildings and facilities.
• Work with process engineering and quality engineering teams.
• Support colleagues with project work.
