Job summary

East West Connect Ltd. is seeking a multiskilled electrical technician to join our site-based maintenance team across London locations. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installs while supporting building services and plumbing within competence.

The role requires a Level 3 electrical qualification, knowledge of BS 7671, safe isolation and good health and safety awareness. You will work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with occasional out-of-hours support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of BS 7671 and safe isolation procedures.
• Good electrical health and safety awareness.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Valid ECS Card.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs.
• Undertake minor installation and alteration works.
• Carry out inspection and testing where qualified and authorised.
• Follow safe isolation and lock-off procedures.
• Report defects and recommend remedial actions.
• Assist with wider building services maintenance.
• Support other trades when required.
• Escalate specialist or high-risk works.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CAFM updates.
• Deliver professional customer service.
