Job summary

The Hire Place LLP is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Milton Keynes to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on 3-phase and PLC-controlled machinery, with duties including fault-finding and CMMS logging.

Ideal candidates hold NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Engineering, with proven manufacturing experience and a proactive, flexible approach to maintenance within a small, skilled team.

Qualifications

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Engineering or similar.
Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Excellent electrical knowledge with mechanical fault-finding skills.
Flexible and team-oriented with a proactive attitude to maintenance.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
Electrical fault finding on 3-phase systems, PLC-controlled machinery, and control panels.
Working within a small, skilled team across a range of automated production machinery.
Recording all maintenance activities using the CMMS.
