Job summary

The Hire Place LLP is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for their Milton Keynes site. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing industrial machinery within a fast-paced production environment.

You will perform PPMs, diagnose electrical faults on 3-phase systems and PLC-controlled equipment, and work closely with a small skilled team. CMMS will be used to document all maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Engineering or equivalent(required).
• Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong electrical knowledge with mechanical fault-finding capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
• Electrical fault finding on 3-phase systems, PLC-controlled machinery, and control panels.
• Work within a small, skilled team across a range of automated production machinery.
• Record all maintenance activities using the CMMS.
