Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a busy food manufacturing site in Whitefield, Manchester. You will carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and planned preventive maintenance across a range of automated production equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.
The role offers exposure to electrical control systems, motors, sensors, drives, PLCs and control panels, with opportunities to contribute to site improvements and engineering
Qualifications
- Electrical maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
- Hands-on maintenance, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic experience.
- Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance across production machinery and automated equipment.
- Perform fault-finding, planned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance to maximise uptime.
- Work on electrical control systems, motors, sensors, drives and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering projects across the site.
