Job summary
Pioneer Selection Ltd. is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Whitefield, Manchester. The role covers electrical maintenance, fault-finding, and both planned and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
You will work on electrical control systems, motors, sensors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment and control panels, supporting continuous improvements and uptime in a busy food manufacturing setting. Requires electrical qualification and manufacturing experience.
Qualifications
- Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
- Experience working with industrial production machinery.
- Experience with motors, sensors, contactors, relays, inverters/VSDs and control panels.
- Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment and electrical control systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical maintenance across a range of production machinery and automated equipment.
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown maintenance.
- Support ongoing engineering improvements across the site.
