Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for an FMCG site near Boston. The role covers planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment, with focus on improving reliability, safety and performance.

You will work a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern with days and nights, and have opportunities for overtime and progression. The ideal candidate has electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing, with NVQ Level 3 preferred.

Qualifications

• Multiskilled maintenance in manufacturing environments.
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience required.
• Experience in FMCG, food production preferable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform breakdown repairs; minimise downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and support reliability improvements.
