Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) for a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern in the Boston area. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance on FMCG production equipment, fault finding, and ensuring equipment reliability.

You will work across electrical and mechanical maintenance, with opportunities to upskill, train, and progress. Overtime and progression are highlighted as part of the package.

Formación

• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with FMCG production machinery or packaging equipment.
• NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Planned and reactive maintenance across FMCG production machinery and site equipment.
• Fault finding and breakdown repairs; minimise downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records and support reliability improvements across the site.
