Ernest Gordon Recruitment is helping a long-established food manufacturing business near Boston, Lincolnshire, recruit a Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing). The role offers a 4-on, 4-off shift pattern (days/nights) from 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00, with £50,000–£54,000 plus overtime, training, progression and an OTE up to £60,000.

• Experience in a manufacturing environment with FMCG production equipment.
• Ability to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on automated machinery.
• Ability to fault-find, carry out PPM, and support continuous improvement.
