Maintech Recruitment Ltd in Coventry is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) to join a fast-paced FMCG site. You’ll perform planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging lines, supporting root cause analysis and reliability improvements as the site expands.

You should be an apprentice-trained engineer with FMCG experience and strong fault-finding across electrical and mechanical systems.

Qualificações

• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or high-speed production environments.
• Proven fault-finding ability across electrical and mechanical systems.
• PLC fault-finding and SCADA experience would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across high-speed production and packaging equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Diagnose and repair faults across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Support root cause analysis to eliminate recurring failures.
• Work closely with production teams to keep machines running at peak performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.
• Keep accurate maintenance records using CMMS systems.
