Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Electrical Testing & Maintenance Engineer to support private residential blocks around London and the Home Counties. You will carry out EICRs, inspections, fault finding, repairs and planned maintenance in communal areas and occupied properties.

This role requires strong fault-finding skills, clear report writing and excellent customer service when engaging with property managers and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Strong fault-finding and maintenance abilities.
• Experience carrying out electrical testing and inspection works.
• Ability to complete certification and reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Carry out EICRs.
• Perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance works.
• Undertake inspection and testing of electrical installations.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial works as required.
• Complete certification and reports accurately.
• Work within occupied residential environments and communal areas.
• Ensure all works comply with current regulations and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with agents.
