Theo James Recruitment Ltd in Hartlepool is seeking an experienced Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join our client's maintenance team. The role focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance of plant equipment to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

You will maintain the PPM schedule, diagnose electrical faults, address reactive issues, fault-find PLCs, and work with internal teams to keep production running efficiently, safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Time-served maintenance qualification (HNC/HND/ONC) required.
• Experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
• Strong PPM scheduling and fault-finding skills.
• Hands-on approach and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and developing the PPM schedule.
• Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns.
• Proactively addressing reactive maintenance issues.
• Fault-finding and rectifying PLC issues.
• Undertaking various preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
