The package includes a salary of £50,000 to £53,000 per annum, 22 days’ holiday, a company pension, overtime opportunities, internal and external training, and clear progression opportunities within the company.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical qualifications required: Level 3 NVQ or City & Guilds equivalent.
• 18th Edition qualification required.
• Multi-skilled with an electrical bias and proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client-facing and presentable; reliable and hard-working.

Aufgaben

• Planned and reactive maintenance across building services.
• Electrical maintenance and fault-finding: small power, lighting, distribution boards.
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
• HVAC: AHUs, FCUs, chillers and pumps.
• BMS monitoring and alarms response.
• Water hygiene tasks and tap temperatures.
• Plumbing and general fabric repairs.
• Responding to helpdesk requests from occupiers.
• Supervising sub-contractors and managing permits to work.
• Maintaining logbooks, reports and audit-ready records.

An opportunity has arisen with an established FM service provider in central London.

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer for a prestigious commercial office building in the City of London, close to Bank and Moorgate stations. You will be part of the on-site engineering team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the building, with a focus on electrical work. You will have a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a high-end City office environment. In return, the company is offering a salary of £50,000 to £53,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Planned preventative and reactive maintenance across all building services
• Electrical maintenance and fault-finding: small power, lighting, distribution boards
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
• HVAC: AHUs, FCUs, chillers and pumps
• BMS monitoring and responding to alarms
• Water hygiene tasks and tap temperatures
• Plumbing and general fabric repairs
• Responding to helpdesk requests from occupiers
• Supervising sub-contractors and managing permits to work
• Keeping logbooks, reports and job records up to date and audit-ready

Hours of work

• 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
• 11:00 to 23:00
