Job summary

Invictus Group Battersea is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a large, newly redeveloped commercial site. You will perform a mix of planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a modern on-site environment as part of a structured engineering team.

This permanent, full-time role offers on-going training, technical development and clear career progression, with rotating early/late shifts (6:30–3:30 or 7:30–4:30) and a generous £46,000 salary plus overtime where

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent.
• Strong experience in planned and reactive electrical maintenance in commercial buildings.
• Proactive with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the site
• Complete reactive electrical maintenance and respond to faults
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently
• Carry out general building services maintenance
• Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with relevant compliance standards
• Complete maintenance records and relevant documentation
• Work as part of a wider on-site engineering team
• Support additional works and overtime when required

Salary: £46,000 per annum

Location: Battersea, London

Hours: Monday-Friday, rotating shifts of 6:30am-3:30pm / 7:30am-4:30pm

Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience working within commercial building services / facilities maintenance
• Strong PPM and reactive maintenance experience
• Good electrical fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• A proactive approach with good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working within a structured commercial environment
• Must have the right to work in the UK - sponsorship is not available
