Wagstaff Recruitment Ltd seeks a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading food manufacturer in Coventry. You will deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running, handling reactive and preventive maintenance, and maintaining CMMS records.

Ideal candidates have time-served/apprenticeship training with strong electrical skills and manufacturing experience, plus a proactive team attitude and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Time-served/apprenticeship-trained engineer.
• C&G/NVQ Level 3 or ONC/HNC qualifications preferred.
• Strong electrical skillset and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering support to keep production running.
• Perform reactive and planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Keep maintenance records up to date using the CMMS system.
• Collaborate with production to meet daily performance goals.
• Follow safety and repair best practices at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
