Job summary

E3 Recruitment represents a UK leading manufacturer with multiple sites near Coalville. They are expanding their engineering division by appointing an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to drive proactive and reactive electrical maintenance across the factory.

The role offers a basic salary of £58K with a performance bonus (OTE £65K+) and overtime paid at a premium. A clear training path, generous pension, holiday allowance, and structured career development are provided.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 3 AND BTEC Level 3 (or NVQ Level 3) or Apprentice trained to Level 3.
• Strong planned and reactive electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PLC fault-finding and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for plant-wide proactive and reactive electrical maintenance to keep the factory at optimum performance.
• Carry out PPM schedules and reactive maintenance as required.
• Work on electrical elements such as motors, invertors, safety circuits, and basic PLC fault finding (Siemens S7; training provided).
