Job summary

yolk recruitment in Coventry is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain and repair a range of equipment, ensuring smooth production processes and contributing to efficiency. You will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers a circa £54,000 salary, Monday to Friday double days (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm) with regular overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within a fast-paced manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and repair skills.
• Proactive and problem-solving approach, ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime and keep production lines running.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ensure work complies with health and safety standards and food industry regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and optimise processes.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure seamless operation.
