Job summary

Right Now Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing business in Henfield to keep plant and electrical systems running safely and efficiently. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, diagnose faults and support improvements to reduce downtime and improve reliability.

The role offers a 3:00pm-11:00pm shift, with an alternative 12-hour pattern available. Salary is £45,000-£53,000 plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to fault-find and repair electrical, control and automation systems.
• Capable of reading electrical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform fault-finding and repairs.
• Diagnose faults across electrical, control and automation systems.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Support plant modifications and site improvement projects.
