Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in the Greater Morecambe area. This hands‑on role covers PLC‑controlled equipment, DC drives, motors, and instrumentation, with both breakdown response and planned maintenance to ensure continuous production.

You will work on large industrial machinery, support modifications, and be part of a team delivering reliability improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical maintenance background and PLC fault finding experience.
• Engineering qualification or equivalent experience required.
• Good communication skills are essential for team work and site interactions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical faults on large‑scale production equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance.
• Assist with electrical modifications and site improvement projects.
