Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Stratford, East London - Up to £49,000

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider located in Stratford, East London. The client seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a unique commercial estate. The ideal candidate will be electrically biased (C&G) with experience in commercial building maintenance, preferably within critical sites such as banks or blue-chip offices. The role involves working with a large maintenance team to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance.

The company offers a competitive salary of up to £49,000 plus overtime, training, and career progression opportunities.

• Lighting (small installations, fault-finding, lamping, changing ballasts, control panels, power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Air conditioning - air handling units / fan coil units (filter changes, cleaning)
• Water treatment (temperature checks, no dosing)
• Plumbing - unblocking toilets
• BMS systems
• UPS systems

Hours of work:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00
• Plenty of overtime
• 25 days holiday plus 1 day for birthday
• Parking on site

Requirements:

• City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical or Mechanical
• City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition
• Ability to provide copies of trade certificates
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
