Responsibilities

As an integral part of the engineering team, you will:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.
• Lead and support machinery and equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor apprentices and collaborate across departments to deliver technical solutions.
  
  

Criteria

• Time-served with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of single/3-phase systems, PLCs, and control gear.
• Skilled in fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
