Job summary

Hunter Selection | B Corp™ wishes to recruit a Maintenance Engineer in Stonehouse to support reactive and planned maintenance on fast-paced food production lines. The role focuses on improving reliability and efficiency while driving site upgrades.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform PPM across equipment, and collaborate with production teams to optimise performance. 18th Edition preferred; day shift; £52k cap, 28 days holiday, and free onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Multi-skilled engineer with hands-on electrical and mechanical skills.
• Experience in FMCG food production.
• Strong fault-finding skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Solid health & safety focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and minimise downtime.
• Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production and site equipment.
• Support improvement projects and system upgrades.
• Identify ways to improve machinery reliability and efficiency.
• Work closely with production teams to optimise performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and assist with site-wide facilities maintenance.
