Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Elm to join a fast-paced manufacturing site. You will perform electrical fault-finding, reactive and preventive maintenance across production equipment and site services.

Responsibilities include minimizing downtime, maintaining equipment efficiency, and upholding Health & Safety, GMP and hygiene standards. A recognised electrical engineering qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Experience maintaining production machinery, site services and facilities.
• Experience responding to breakdowns and production demands.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on engineering resource across the site, carrying out electrical fault-finding, reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and general site maintenance.
• Work closely with the production team to minimise downtime and ensure all equipment remains operational and efficient.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety, hygiene, GMP and production policies, procedures and standards are consistently adhered.

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer has come to the forefront. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and fast-paced manufacturing site, where you will play a key role in maintaining and improving the site's production plant and equipment.

You will be responsible for providing a hands-on engineering resource across the site, carrying out electrical fault-finding, reactive maintenance, planned preventative maintenance and general site maintenance. You will be working closely with the production team to minimise downtime and ensure all equipment remains operational and efficient.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all Health & Safety, hygiene, GMP and production policies, procedures and standards are consistently adhered to.
