Salary: Up to £39,264 per annum, based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Peterborough (PE1)

Commutable from: Corby, Stamford, March, Chatteris, Spalding, Bourne, Wisbech

Salary and Benefits: £39,264 + overtime, 17 days holiday, paid overtime, on-the-job training

Company Overview: Our client is a leading manufacturer known for product quality and industry standards. Due to growth, they are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and servicing on night shifts
• Perform reactive maintenance for breakdowns and faults
• Conduct electrical and some mechanical fault finding
• Maintain machinery to ensure optimal output efficiency
• Perform regular PPM, scheduled maintenance, and improvement works

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

ESSENTIAL:

• Electrical background with qualification (HND, Apprenticeship, Degree)
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with industrial electrical maintenance and repairs

DESIRABLE:

• Experience in labeling, cardboard, or print environments
• Mechanical repair/service experience and knowledge
