Job description

The Role

They are seeking an electrical-focused engineer to minimise equipment downtime and maintain their current preventive maintenance programme.

The plant requires a wide spectrum of maintenance activities covering their range of production machinery.

Ensure day-to-day maintenance is carried out on their manufacturing and ancillary equipment.

Deal with breakdowns as and when they arise and in line with production priorities.

Ensure maintenance schedules comply with H&S Regulations and Risk assessments.

The Candidate

• Electrical engineering qualifications
• Electrical-biased engineer confident working on 3-phase machinery
• Experience with controls / PLCs is highly advantageous
• Experience providing reactive and PPM maintenance to production machinery
• Experience working on manufacturing or automated machinery
• Proven experience in a production environment
• Engineering qualifications are beneficial
