Electrical Maintenance Engineer (FMCG)

Training and unlimited progression

A leading industrial manufacturing company based in Dagenham is currently recruiting for a multi-skilled shift engineer (Electrical Bias) to join their team. The business is growing rapidly, adding several new sites this year. The company forecasts significant profits over the next 12 months and has nearly doubled investment in the engineering team. They offer extensive internal training, many progression opportunities, and the possibility to move into other skilled roles.

This position requires the successful candidate to perform both planned and reactive maintenance on the production line, primarily addressing mechanical faults with some electrical maintenance, so being multi-skilled is essential. You will work on a rotating days & nights shift pattern, with each shift lasting 12 hours. The package includes a competitive salary, overtime opportunities, and a company pension.

Requirements for the Shift Maintenance Engineer role:

• Multi-skilled Engineer (ELECTRICAL BIAS)
• Engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
