Our client, a growing FM and Maintenance company, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a large commercial site in Uxbridge, with 3 days on-site and 2 days mobile across other sites. You will handle planned and reactive electrical maintenance including lighting and power, plus minor building services tasks.

Candidate must have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 18th edition, and a full UK driving licence.

Formación

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have good communication/customer service skills.

Our client is a growing FM and Maintenance company, due to a new contract win they are looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Uxbridge.

As the Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be based at a large commercial site for 3 days a week with 2 days covering other sites as a mobile engineer. This is a lovely role that is semi static and semi mobile.

The selected Electrical Maintenance Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance to all electrical works that includes lighting, power, changing ballasts and other related minor building services like basic plumbing and building fabric maintenance.

You must be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. You must also have the 18th edition and full UK driver’s licence. In addition, you must have good communication and customer service skills.

Our client is offering:

• £45,000 basic salary
• Company van, uniform, tools and tech
• Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
• Overtime available
