Job summary

Our client, a growing FM and Maintenance company, seeks an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a large commercial site in Uxbridge, with 3 days on-site and 2 days mobile across other sites. You will handle planned and reactive electrical maintenance including lighting and power, plus minor building services tasks.

Candidate must have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, 18th edition, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and have good communication/customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance (lighting, power, changing ballasts).
• Perform minor building services tasks such as basic plumbing and building fabric maintenance.
